- Deliveries to Europe typically take between 4 and 8 business days. Deliveries to the US take between 10 and 20 business days. Delays are possible during holiday seasons. See our Shipping page for full details.
- 2. What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept online card payments through Stripe (with 3D Secure support) and cash on delivery within Bulgaria. Your card details are never stored by us. See our Payment Security page for more.
- 3. How do I find my size?
- Check our Dimensions Table for measurements in centimeters and inches, as well as EU/IT/UK size mappings. Each product page also lists the size of the model wearing the garment. For custom items, we recommend sending us your measurements at info@yunverkiose.com.
- 4. Can I order a custom or bespoke garment?
- Yes. Yunver Kiose specialises in bespoke apparel. Contact us at info@yunverkiose.com with your requirements and we will be happy to help.
- 5. Can I track my package?
- For international deliveries, if the destination allows it, we provide a tracking code once we dispatch your package. You will receive it by email.
- 6. Can I return an opened package?
- Yes. Opened packages have the same terms of return as the new, unopened ones.
- 7. Is the 14-day return rule valid for the opened packages?
- Yes. Opened packages have the 14-day return rule applied. When returning, the garment must be in the same state as in the delivery. It must not have been worn, it must not have stains and it mustn't be torn. The label of the garment must be untouched. The garment must be returned in the original package.
