Price

The shipping price depends on the weight and the volume of the purchased goods. Once the customer fills in the delivery details, the shipment cost gets calculated and the website displays it.

Tracking and Duration

We rely on trusted partner companies for reliable delivery. For international deliveries, if the destination allows that, we provide a tracking code once we dispatch your package. Deliveries to Europe typically take between 4 and 8 business days and deliveries to the US — between 10 and 20 business days. It is possible that delays happen in holiday seasons or busy transportation seasons (like Christmas and New Year).

Liability

While we do our best to dispatch the package as soon as possible and as correctly as possible, we cannot be held responsible for delays that might happen. We will help with and will share all the information our delivery partners provide us. Additionally, we cannot be liable for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect contact details provided by the customer. If the package is declared lost by the shipment company, we will fully reimburse our customer.
