What we do NOT collect

We do not store your credit card information. Payments are processed securely by the Stripe payment platform.

We share your name, delivery address, and phone number with our courier partners solely for the purpose of delivering your order. We do not sell or share your personal data with any other third parties.

Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above and to comply with our legal obligations. Order records are kept for a maximum of 5 years in accordance with Bulgarian accounting legislation.
