If you are not happy with your purchase and an item does not meet your expectations please contact me within 3 days upon receiving for arrange you pick up.

 

Within 30 days of receiving the order, mail the garment(s) in original, unworn condition.

(1.1) The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

(1.1.1) Custom or personalized orders

(1.1.2) Sale items cannot be exchanged, only returned for store credit.

(1.1.3) Items purchased through Gift Cards vouchers cannot be refunded.

(1.2) Please make sure your items are returned new and unused. When trying on clothes, please be mindful not to damage clothes or mark the package/box. Returns must also include all of the product parts. Merchandise must have all tags attached.

(1.3) Original shipping charges, as well as the shipping charges incurred by you to mail the garments back to us, are non-refundable.

yunverkiose.com reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received. Items that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
